Julianna S. Jenkins has a diverse legal practice serving clients all over central Nebraska. While Julianna’s practice focuses on business law, real estate and estate planning, she also has an active practice in divorce and custody work.
As part of her business law practice, Julianna has years of experience in assisting clients in organizing new business entities, from limited liability companies to corporations and partnerships. She has worked with numerous clients in the area as they work to purchase new businesses as well as clients with family corporations as they construct a succession plan for their businesses.
One of the favorite parts of her practice is when Julianna has the opportunity to sit down with farm and ranch families to discuss how their generational real estate and agricultural business can be structured for the future while taking into consideration all of the diverse needs of today’s family.
Notwithstanding her emphasis on business and estate planning, Julianna has a significant divorce, custody and paternity practice. Julianna has tried numerous cases mostly in the 8th Judicial District representing a wide variety of clients and issues. She has tried property cases and well as custody cases.
Julianna graduated from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1985. After a career working at a large law firm in Chicago, Illinois, and after a stint as general counsel at a publically traded company in Columbus, Ohio, Julianna moved with her husband and family to Custer County Nebraska, where her husband runs the family’s ranch operation. Julianna joined John Sennett and Jim Duncan in 1999 and they now have another partner Chris Wickham.
